Responsibilities Role Role We are looking for a process Technician who can work in shift mode and overtime to safeguard KPIs and prevent excursions in the line. Expected job roles as follows: Communicate clearly with shift peers and highlight all outstanding issues during passdown/ handover. Understand & maintain the major KPI including yield, output and quality. Performed first level process troubleshooting according to the troubleshooting guideline and OCAP. Work together with operation team including equipment, quality, and manufacturing to achieve the target KPI set.
Process Safeguard KPIs during work and perform basic OCAP troubleshooting for the process engineers. Compile and analyze data and submit shift reports for line issues.
Technical, Analytical & Problem Solving Understand each individual process and learn process tuning from the engineers. Understand individual process & perform process troubleshooting to achieve highest quality product for the company.
