Responsibilities

• Handle daily work orders, take daily readings, carry out preventive maintenance (PM), update checklists, attend guest room complaints via FCS report, respond to emergencies, and perform general repair and maintenance work throughout the hotel and public areas.
• Receive work order requests, sign completion, hand over to Engineering Coordinator for updating and filing; uncompleted work orders are rearranged on the section clipboard for future follow‑up or escalated to team leader or Section Engineer.
• Handle installations, general repairs and maintenance of operating equipment, minor electrical, air conditioning, BAS system, telephone, CCTV, mechanical troubleshooting, general carpentry, masonry, plumbing, repainting, varnishing, replacement of fused bulbs, etc.
