Repair and Maintenance Technician (Immediate Start)

Responsibilities

• Review and follow instructions covering scheduled and emergency repair, installation, and inspection of work to be done.
• Advise when immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage, or when temporarily continued operations will have no harmful effect.
• Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, etc. electrical equipment taking all safety precautions.
• Make mechanical repairs as required in connection with the servicing of electrical equipment.
• Install, splice, or replace sections of wire incidental to repair or temporary installation.
• Follow instructions from M&E Manager, Supervisor, Chargeman, Building Manager, or Building Executive.
• Provide M&E services. Implement preventive maintenance programs successfully.
