Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on both digital printers and photocopier machines.
• Dynamic work environment: Execute in‑house workshop repairs, overhauls, parts reclamation, and field service calls at client premises.
• Multi‑brand mastery: Service a wide array of enterprise equipment with a heavy focus on Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta (bizhub), and Sharp hardware.
• Network integration: Install, configure, and connect multifunction printers (MFPs) to client network environments, including print drivers and scan‑to‑folder email setups.
• Client management: Provide professional on‑site customer training on machine operations and handle client queries with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Inventory documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts consumed, and manage the trunk stock of spare parts carried for field jobs.
