Job Description: Technical Writer
The Technical Writer is an individual contributor who creates, manages, and delivers high-quality documentation to support our product offerings, and is responsible for content creation including installation manuals, operation and maintenance guides, training content, internal SOPs, and technical materials. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, field services, and marketing to ensure technical content is clear, accurate, and aligned with customer and industry needs.
Other priorities include continued development of our knowledge base, implementation of new authoring tools and bringing us to the forefront of technology in access, maintenance and sharing of our technical documentation to improve customer experience.
