Job Description

 Roles and Responsibility
 The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible forproviding high quality documentation that contributes to the overall success ofour products. As a prospective hire, you will work closely with the engineeringand product management teams and ensure delivery of product documentation forall company products and solutions. 
  Responsibilities and Deliverables:  
 Deliver Product Documentation (Administrator Guide, UserGuide, Integration Guide, 
 Deployment Guide, how to, Best Practices, and Release Notes)for multiple releases of one or more products. 
 Deliver FAQs, Troubleshooting, KB Articles for one ormore products. 
 Delivering content in HTML, PDF, or any other formats 
 Collaborate and work with Engineering, Support andServices Team 
 Work closely with UI designers and understand screendesign and flow. 
 Work closely with Product Manager
