Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support for control systems including DCS/SIS, SCADA (FAST/TOOLS, STARDOM) and ExaQuantum to both internal and external customers.
- Receive and manage customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints related to installed systems and products.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting using specialized knowledge of control systems and related applications.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, particularly for technical and service-related matters.
- Coordinate with local country offices and Yokogawa Headquarters (Global Response Centre) to resolve technical issues and service cases.
- Support global dispatch activities for troubleshooting, commissioning, and on-site technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
