Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our Analytics Platform Support team. This role is focused on maintaining and supporting the Cognos, Tableau and Power BI platforms, including hardware, software, virtual machines and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with platform‑level administration and support, rather than development using the above tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Cognos, Tableau and Power BI platforms, including upgrades, patches, license and user management, and performance tuning.
- Monitor and manage the platforms across both cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of the platform for development, testing and production.
