Technical Support & Operations
Perform first-level technical troubleshooting before escalating issues to engineering teams Provide weekend escalation coverage, including issue triage and coordination with on-call technical teams Support operational changes within data pipelines and workflow systems Execute scripts and automated processes for operational and developer support queues Run data acquisition and processing tasks through APIs and backend systems Pipeline Maintenance & System Reliability
