Good at fixing tricky IT issues and want your work to make an impact?

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our ICT team - keeping systems running, users supported and services online across our organisation.

This role can be based at any of our locations in the South/West of Scotland (Glasgow, Airdrie, Dumbarton, Irvine or Galashiels), so we will need you to live within a reasonable commute of one of these locations.

What we’re looking for:
Strong problem-solving mindset (you enjoy the tricky stuff)
Good communication skills (you can translate tech into plain English)
Experience in 1st line support or a similar role
Full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel required, expenses reimbursed)
