Job Description
We are looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist with experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This role is adecuado for someone who is highly analytical, quick to learn complex software, and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues in healthcare technology environments.
As a Tier 2 escalation point for customer support issues, you will help healthcare clients resolve technical problems related to their EHR systems and integrations. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, clear communication in English, and hands‑on experience working with healthcare software platforms.
