Crossover is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a full-time contractor role. You will diagnose complex student and teacher issues across Alpha’s learning applications, replicate in a matching environment, and leverage AI tools to accelerate diagnostics.

You will document diagnostic reasoning and communicate clearly with non-technical users, escalating with complete context when a defect is found. The role is remote, long-term, with weekly pay of $30 per hour.
