We are recruiting for a Technical Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and customers by providing high-quality technical and application assistance.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and empathetic support via phone and email. You will troubleshoot technical and application-related issues, take ownership of customer cases, and collaborate with internal specialists when additional expertise is required.
