Job Description
JobPurpose TheTechnicalSupportOfficerisresponsiblefordeliveringhigh-qualitycustomerservice,administrativesupport,andtechnicalassistancetocustomers,colleagues,andexternalstakeholders.Actingasafrontlinerepresentativeofthedepartment,thepostholderwillprovideadvice,guidance,andtechnicalsupportforroutineenquiriesandservicerequests.Theroleinvolvessupportingbothoffice-basedandfieldoperations,ensuringservicesaredeliveredefficiently,accurately,andinaccordancewithorganisationalpoliciesandprocedures.
