Technical Support Manager - Farm Animals

The Technical Service Manager – Farm Animals is responsible for technical support, marketing, and product development across Virbac’s farm‑animal portfolio, ensuring value creation, delivery, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing materials and training to support brand positioning and increase sales.
• Prepare and lead technical seminars, road shows, and training events for sales teams.
• Lead the creation of Technical Optimisation Plans (STOP) and execute quarterly plans.
• Coordinate with key opinion leaders, attend distribution meetings and conferences to reinforce technical arguments.
• Provide technical input for new product development, IBD pipeline and cross‑functional Stage Gate processes.
• Manage adverse experience reporting and support product registration activities.
