SA - Gauteng, LanseriaOur client is seeking a proactive Technical Support & Internal Sales Representative to provide first-line customer support, coordinate service activities and assist customers with technical enquiries and sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the technical and sales teams.Minimum requirements:

Matric with Mathematics (minimum C symbol or equivalent)

Previous experience in Technical Support, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Service

Technical knowledge or interest in generators, engines or electrical products will be advantageous

Telesales or service coordination experience will be advantageous

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)

Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills
