Context of the Role

Based in our Singapore office, the Technical Support Engineer Lead manages a squad of technical support engineers and plays a vital part in ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of our global payment platform. This position reports to the Technical Operations Team Lead (Global) and offers the chance to work on an international stage with household names in the FinTech space, contributing to a rapidly growing company that impacts lives in both developed and emerging markets.
