Technical Support Engineer

• Provide support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting;
• Complete SD-WAN project delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports as required by the project.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in network device debugging project with indepth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch;
• Good command of both spoken Chinese and English;
• Occasional business trip to Southeast Asian countries such as China, Japan, Korea, etc.
