Technical Support Engineer II – Hybrid & Impact

Intellihub Group is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) to join the Network & Infrastructure team. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, focusing on end-user computing, systems, and network environments.

You will administer EUC platforms (Intune, Endpoint Manager, M365) and work with IT stakeholders to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing environments for office, remote, and offshore users.
