Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support sales with equipment installation, system setup, demos, and user training (hardware/software).
  • Provide after‑sales and technical support in Singapore and select ASEAN countries.
  • Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and tailor solutions for customer research and operational needs.
  • Assist in product launches, workshops, seminars, and marketing events, including preparing demo materials.
  • Handle biological samples for demos, evaluations, and training.
  • Work closely with sales, service, and regional teams to ensure satisfaction and project success.
  • Maintain documentation, training logs, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
