Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support, troubleshoot user and system issues, and ensure timely resolution of support requests. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with users, internal teams, and vendors.
