Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries
- Provide professional technical support to our customers
- Perform CCTV product testing to better understand our products
- Provide training to both internal staff and our customers
- Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
- Team player, fast learner, and able to work independently
- Working experience in CCTV, Door Access and Solar products will be advantageous
- 5 days work week (9:00~18:00, Mon~Fri)
- Work location: Bukit Batok
- Attractive salary package + Allowance
