Job Description
Responsibilities Ensure vessels maintain compliance with all Classification Society, Flag State, Port State, Oil Major, and statutory regulations. Execute, monitor, and improve the planned maintenance system (PMS) and ensure timely maintenance. Approve, coordinate, and monitor vessel repairs, prepare purchase and work orders. Prepare dry-docking and repair specifications oversee dry-dock progress, cost, and quality. Prepare, control, and report on technical budgets to meet operational standards and owner requirements. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations close out findings and reports. Attend all inspections and audits conducted by Class, Flag, Port State, Underwriters, and Oil Majors. Collaborate with the Crew Department to coordinate crew technical matters and support training needs.
