Technical Specialist Clean Utilities / Energy - CSL Behring (Cielo)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as deputy for the Energy and Clean Utilities Team Lead.
• Ensure the reliable supply of critical media and utilities to the Bern site.
• Oversee and manage clean utility systems and energy infrastructure.
• Contribute to the operational efficiency and maintenance of utility plants.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance for utility systems.
• Participate in projects related to utility system upgrades and expansions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical specialization within clean utilities or energy management.
• Familiarity with biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of utility systems, including HVAC and media generation.
• Ability to deputize and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
