Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations
- Own technical validation, proof of concept processes, and security/compliance questionnaires
- Serve as the primary technical resource for integrations, security posture, MFA, SSO/SAML, and cloud infrastructure
- Develop and deliver technical training and enablement programs for internal sales teams
- Maintain demo environments and technical sales collateral
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and influence roadmap priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or IT Consulting
- Deep knowledge of cloud IT infrastructure, including SSO/SAML, MFA, and endpoint security
