Job Description
Location: London - 3 days onsite requirement.

Architecture & Engineering
- Strong solution architecture experience (primary skillset)
- Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions
- Comfortable interpreting and guiding software development teams
Software Development Background
- Deep understanding of software development (hands‑on background essential)
- Must have previously worked at a low-level / detailed engineering level
- Not required to actively code, but must credibly challenge and guide developers
