Our client is an interior fit‑out business with over 20 years' of trading history who specialise in high end commercial office refurbishments. They are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager / Building Services Manager to their team in Manchester.
The Role
The Technical Services Manager will provide technical leadership and clarity across the full MEP lifecycle of a project - from sale through to Day 2. Working alongside the wider project team, TSMs ensure that our client develops, communicates and delivers considered, high‑quality MEP solutions that reduce risk, improve value and enhance client experience.
