Technical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Coordinator MEA to join our team reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services based in our Dubai Office. This role plays a key part in managing the quality of the development and design process, ensuring Aman’s standards and brand objectives are delivered through thoughtful, high‑quality design solutions.

• Attend project coordination workshops, ensuring adherence to brand standards and assisting design and engineering consultant teams to develop the approved project design through to working drawings.
• Assist in reviewing design consultant‑submitted drawings and specifications.
• Develop and track project schedules.
• Assist in following up on post‑site visit action items.
• Accurately communicate project status.
• Update the Director of Design & Technical Services on a regular basis and provide projections for all design aspects and program delivery.
