Job Description
Join the dynamic team as a Technical Service Representative, Electrical, in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Utilize your expertise in troubleshooting to support major equipment and drive solutions for customers.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, providing on-site support for complex electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates must possess a Red Seal certification and 1-3 years of experience, particularly in diagnosing mining equipment issues. You will also maintain records and facilitate problem resolution in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in equipment builds and commissioning
• Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues
• Coordinate field support to resolve critical problems
• Ensure accurate customer and equipment documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson certification
• 1-3 years related experience
• Strong understanding of PLCs and electrical systems
