Job Description
Summary:
Develop new protein-based products using dry and wet extrusion technologies
Manage multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization
Lead scale-up activities from pilot to full industrial production at ADM and customer facilities.
Work closely with the ADM manufacturing team in Serbia to ensure smooth scale-up, technology transfer, process stability and yields.
Operation and maintenance of the ADM extrusion lab in Wageningen
Act as technical interface to customers, sales team, partners and distributors
Your profile:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology or similar
Proven experience in food extrusion, particularly TVP extrusion.
Minimum of five years of working experience in extrusion product development: Upscaling and downscaling.
