Technical Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for growing Laylan Hydronics & HVAC Sales' presence across a defined territory in Southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with mechanical and HVAC contractors, consulting engineers, and existing wholesale distribution partners. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical resource and business partner — identifying new sales opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and driving measurable revenue growth across all Laylan product lines.
