Job Overview The Technical Sales Manager Well Services is responsible for driving the commercial growth, technical sales strategy, and market development of Weatherford s Well Services portfolio across the MENA region. This leadership role is accountable for developing and executing the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market share through effective technical and commercial engagement. The role serves as the primary technical and commercial interface between customers, Sales, Operations, Product Line Management, and Engineering, ensuring the successful delivery of technical proposals, tenders, contract negotiations, and customer solutions. The Technical Sales Manager also leads the regional Technical Sales and Applications team while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and continuous business improvement.
