Job Description
Lead the sales strategy for equipment and aftermarket solutions
Drive profitable growth across industrial equipment, engineered systems, and service offerings
Develop and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and end users
Identify and convert new business opportunities through innovative, solution-based selling approaches
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with a strong customer and performance focus
Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and sales reporting
Drive pricing strategy and value-based selling to ensure sustainable margins and commercial competitiveness
Grow aftermarket revenue through service agreements, spare parts, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions
