Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment
- Handle multiple IT and technical hiring requirements simultaneously
- Evaluate technical skills and cultural fit of candidates
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices
- Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruitment
- Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
- Preference for female candidates
