Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
