PositionBD (Education sector focus)
Key Responsibilities- Develop and acquire education-sector clients (universities, language schools, international schools) for cross-border payment solutions.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored payment solutions (API integration, FX, reconciliation, multi-currency).
- Promote product features and coordinate system integration with client ERP/CRM.
- Manage full customer lifecycle: issue resolution, upsell, renewal, and retention.
- Conduct market and competitor research (e.g., Flywire, Western Union).
- Collaborate with marketing and external partners to enhance product offerings.
- 3+ years in cross-border payments or B2B BD/Sales; education client resources a plus.
