RINA is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a freelance collaboration opportunity to lead critical digitalization initiatives within Norske tog.

This role involves full responsibility for planning, execution, and coordination of two key strategic deliveries related to train connectivity and IT system transitions. The position is based in Oslo for around 1 year with possible extension, with expected physical presence in the region.

The selected candidate will lead the preparation and procurement of a next-generation communication solution between train and landside systems (Train on Net – TpN). This solution underpins digital operations, enabling data connectivity, condition monitoring, and onboard services such as passenger Wi-Fi.
