Operate at a system-level, tailoring the approach to the unique context and needs of each program, and taking ownership of the key decisions made and driving them to completion
Manage the program execution from inception to completion, including milestones, progress, key metrics, risks, mitigations, challenges, escalations, cost, technical decisions, and tradeoffs, ensuring shared and timely communication with key stakeholders for improved transparency
