Technical Program Management Lead

Responsibilities

• The Technology Program Manager will manage technology projects with our Ethoca products using established management processes in Mastercard in collaboration with stakeholders across the business
• All the while continuously reviewing, updating, and optimizing the set of responsible projects. As well as, monitoring compliance with the established departmental goals and objectives
• Manage Project Management staff responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing projects
• Assist in departmental budget development, strategic direction, and approval of labor spend
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff. Ensure personnel have appropriate skills and behaviors, and effectively communicate performance review results, as necessary
