About the team: The T&S GenAI & Emerging Product team's mission is to empower the development of GenAI models and applications. We do this by building a world‑class safety, testing, and risk management system that ensures GenAI innovations are launched responsibly.

• Own end‑to‑end content safety for TikTok GenAI products, driving cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, Algo, Policy, and Operations teams.
• Build and scale automated safety evaluation pipelines, and define robust, future‑proof safety strategies for GenAI products and new feature launches.
• Use data, model signals, and user feedback to proactively detect, prioritise, and mitigate safety risks, improving system performance and user trust at scale.
