We will count on you to:
Role overview
- Lead the technical delivery and engineering direction for IT products in Marsh Spain & Portugal. Act as the technical owner for product architecture, roadmap, and quality while bridging business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership to local engineering teams and serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business and different functions within the Marsh group.
- Drive the adoption of AI‑enabled engineering practices and identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
