Technical product line manager

We are seeking a highly technical Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our Observability Platform supporting retail commerce infrastructure including POS systems, self‑checkout devices, store edge infrastructure, and cloud services. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, telemetry, distributed systems, AI‑driven observability, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Observability Platform. Identify opportunities to deliver telemetry‑driven operational intelligence across hardware devices, operating systems, middleware, and applications. Translate customer needs and operational challenges into scalable platform capabilities. Align the observability platform strategy with broader edge computing, cloud platform, and retail infrastructure initiatives.
