Technical Operations Trainer

The role of a Technical Operations Trainer for QTS Data Centers involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs related to the operations, maintenance and administrative processes of all regional data center facilities, equipment and other support related functions. This position ensures that all Facilities Operations team members are well-trained and competent in performing their tasks to guarantee smooth and efficient data center operations.

· Develop and deliver effective training materials related to the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of data center facilities and other aspects of the data center business. These materials will cover various aspects, including electrical and mechanical systems, telecommunications/connectivity, fire protection, environmental controls, security, safety, and emergency response.
