As a Technical Operations Leader, you will lead the daily operations of the Technical Support team to ensure every customer receives timely, reliable, and high-quality technical service. You will be responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, competency development, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth.

• Lead and supervise the Technical Support team in daily operations.
• Prepare manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment based on surgery and service requirements.
• Ensure the readiness of personnel, tools, equipment, and supporting documents before field assignments.
