The role:
We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to coordinate and drive technical activity across our Operations Management function, ensuring operational, platform, security and product-related work is prioritised, planned, communicated and delivered effectively. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Operations, Product Management, R&D, Cyber Security, Project Delivery and Service Delivery teams, helping to ensure technical initiatives are delivered efficiently and with clear visibility across the business.
