Technical Operations Engineer

One of our key customers, a leading oilfield services organization with operations across the Middle East is looking to add an Operations & Technical Engineer to their UAE-based team.

This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of a specific client’s operation — designing, executing, and evaluating well testing jobs to a high standard, while building strong day‑to‑day client relationships and stepping into a supervisory capacity when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining operational and technical proficiency in well testing services to meet client requirements
• Working with the Section Manager to develop and implement location strategy and targeted sales plans for assigned clients
• Analyzing revenue, equipment, personnel, and HSE objectives on a continuous basis, taking corrective action where needed
