This role delivers technology‑driven initiatives and provides high‑touch support for our Derivatives trading and market data lines of business, ensuring seamless client certification and QA testing. Based in our state‑of‑the‑art office in Montreal’s financial district, you play a pivotal role in supporting existing clients and shaping the future of our trading ecosystem.

Reports to: Manager, Technical Market Operations

Location: Hybrid (2‑3 days per week in office), Montreal, QC.Schedule: Monday‑Friday, covering AM trading hours (8:00‑18:00). Occasional flexibility for special events or shift coverage may be required.
