This includes oversight of ELISA, Lateral FlowDevice (LFD), conjugates,buffersand particlesproduction, ensuring consistent quality, optimized workflows, and a safe, collaborative work environment. TheTechnical ManufacturingSupervisorplays a critical role in driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
