Job Description
Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the entire Technical Department. Manage and oversee: Project Managers Technicians Fabrication Manager Site installation teams Subcontractors Ensure all departments work efficiently and according to operational standards. Develop and implement technical procedures and best practices. Technical Department Management Plan, coordinate, and supervise fencing, electrical, solar, and security installation projects from initiation to completion. Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements. Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations. Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and site surveys. Design fencing solutions for farms, game farms, and wildlife/nature reserves. Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.
