Technical Manager - Mid/High Rise Construction

Job Overview

This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documentation such as project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports, as well as managing and monitoring construction quality to ensure industry standards and regulations are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, drive, supervise, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes.
• Manage drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), subcontractor agreements, and identify the scope of work.
• Review material requests, deployments, and subcontractor certificates.
• Help establish a legislative, regulatory, and standards framework that allows the industry to be competitive.
• Influence technology strategies and decisions with expert knowledge.
• Coordinate regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations for improvement.
